The dinner, set in the beautiful reception room of the Chinzanso Hotel in Tokyo, saw the alternation of moments of musical entertainment, different live performances and traditional performances focused on ancient martial arts.
Several personalities were introduced on stage, including the representatives of the Dynastic Orders of the House of Savoy in Japan and Prince Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy. The focus of all the interventions was the commitment that the Dynastic Orders of the House of Savoy continue to proffer in financing and supporting many charitable works in different parts of the world.
The large participation in this gala allowed to collect the necessary funds to start a new free training program: the program includes 15 courses for young Japanese school children. The theme of these meetings will be “chivalry” itself, seen as an ethical code and behavior that can still be adopted in our modern society. The “chivalry” in fact sees as its fundamental values ??the courage, generosity, self-esteem, the desire for peace in the world, the will to help those in need. Thanks to the help of volunteers who will integrate these teachings with the pedagogical methods of modern cognitive science, the “young knights” will be able to make a code of behavior that will help them to establish themselves in life in the future.
During the event there was also the remittance of the diplomas to the newly awarded directly by Prince Emanuele. A testimony of how the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Savoy find and arouse a renewed interest in a country with rich traditions, linked to the divine figure of the Emperor, as well as overseas.
