Mellieħa, 2 December 2022
the growing Delegation of Malta of the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Savoy has recently held its third function in Malta.
The occasion, which consisted of a Mass and a Charity Gala Dinner to support Peter Pan’s projects, was held at the Tosca Restaurant of the Solana Hotel and spa, in the picturesque village of Mellieħa, in the north of Malta. Twelve persons, including members and prospective of the Order, relatives and friends, were present.

Holy Mass was celebrated by the Rev. Canon Gerald Micallef, one of the Delegation’s prospective members and future Chaplain. At present, Fr. Gerald Micallef serves as a priest in the parish of Lija. This activity was an opportunity for the Delegate, Uff. S.E. Amb Prof George Said-Zammit, to update existing and prospective Members about the Delegation’s plans for 2023, especially the registration of the Delegation of Malta as a Non-Voluntary Organisation. Next year the Delegation will continue to work on the identification of a local charity project.
The dinner took place in a quiet and comfortable environment and served as an opportunity for the members and prospective ones to get to know each other better and to celebrate Christmas during the approaching winter holidays.
