ODDCS GENERAL CHAPTER TURIN 26-27 SEPTEMBER – AICODS ASSEMBLY

On Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27, 2026, the annual General Chapter of the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Savoy was held in Turin, the historic capital and Savoy city par excellence.

Saturday kicked off with the AICODS General Assembly, hosted in the prestigious setting of the Lingotto Congress Centre.

The auditorium, packed in every order of seats, warmly welcomed the many present, gathered around HRH the Prince Grand Master, President AICODS.

In his incisive opening speech, SAR delivered vibrant, spur-filled words, urging us to move forward with determination along the path we have charted over the past year. A period of time that has seen the achievement of exceptionally significant goals, evidenced by the constant increase in participants, the multiplication of initiatives and, as a priority, the numerous charitable works carried out around the world.

To crown the gathering, the screening of an institutional video carefully prepared for the occasion was particularly appreciated: a film that dynamically and effectively demonstrated the main objectives achieved since the last Chapter, offering a comprehensive and detailed overview of the charitable works promoted around the world by the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Savoy.

At the end of the address, SAR individually greeted those who have officially entered the ranks of the Orders or have distinguished themselves for their dedication and spirit of service, deserving further recognition.

The morning, solemnly opened by the performance of the Royal March by an ensemble de la bande de l’Association musicale G. Puccini de la ville de Cave (Rome), then began to conclude with the moving notes of the Sardinian Hymn, sealing a moment of encounter and cohesion around the values of the Mauritian and Savoy traditions.
