On 3 December, the Lombardy Delegation organised a charity gala event in the prestigious ACI building in the presence of over one hundred and fifty ladies and knights and friends, important personalities such as the President of ACI Milano, Dr. Geronimo La Russa, and high officials of the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Savoy.
The proceeds of the evening were donated to ACI for a shared project to purchase defibrillators for the mobile section of the Red Cross in the Monza circuit area.
The Vicariate of Milan is about to organise a Christmas Mass, which will be followed by a convivial dinner the proceeds of which, for the tenth year running, will go to support to the charitable work of the Parish of S. Maria del Carmine in Milan.
On 12 November, the delegation handed over a scholarship to a fresher at the Milan Fashion Institute, guaranteeing full coverage of the annual tuition fee and dedicating it to the memory of Cav. Gr. Cr. Saverio Grancagnolo.
The Lombardy Delegation supports many charitable activities in its area. Always in the front line and always ready to respond to the needs of the poorest, Lombardy is the first Italian delegation committed to charity, with the highest number of donations and projects supported.
