On the twentieth anniversary of their foundation, the Hospitaller Works of the Order of Saints Maurice and Lazarus have produced a commemorative book with numerous texts and pictures illustrating their charitable activities from 1999 to 2019 in the name of the House of Savoy.
The publication, written in French, was printed in 239 numbered copies.
The first was sent to the Holy Father Pope Francis, while the others were sent to the high offices of the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Savoy and to all the supporters of the Hospitaller Works.
The volume, which begins with an introduction by H.R.H. Princess Marina of Savoy, Honorary President of the Hospitaller Order, has been a great success and has received thanks and positive comments from all its recipients, especially from the Vatican Secretariat of State, which has sent His Holiness the Roman Pontiff’s paternal blessing to the Knights and Dames of the Order of Saints Maurice and Lazarus.
