THE INAUGURATION OF A “COURSE ON CHIVALRY” AT THE SENZOKU GAKUEN SCHOOL IN TOKYO

The inauguration of a course on the chivalric code of ethics – a highly topical lifestyle – held at the Senzoku Gakuen School, Tokyo, was attended by more than 800 youth aged 14-16 years.

The first “Course on Chivalry” was held at the Senzoku Gakuen school in Tokyo. The event was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy, Chairman of the Great Magisterial Council of the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Savoy and Chairman of A.I.C.O.D.S., and by His Royal Highness Prince Serge of Yugoslavia, Knight of the Supreme Order of the Most Holy Annunciation.

Indeed, the traits of chivalric culture, such as courage, kindness, generosity, self-esteem, love and peace become curricular subjects, as opposed to the modern educational system, which is the outcome of a constantly changing society. Present day society can still be positively influenced by ancient timeless values to mould future men and women who are prepared to face life with deeply consolidated principles.

Thirty-seven students were awarded attendance certificates.
