On 23 and 24 March 2019 the second edition of the “Trofeo Casa Reale” ski competition was held, a charity event organised by the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Savoy in collaboration with the Sci Club Centro Sci in Turin in favour of non-profit organisation Hansel & Gretel, which has been working with children for over thirty years. The charity takes care of minors who have suffered childhood traumas, the consequences of which can be a source of further shock and disease.
The event contributed to the fundraising for the association and hosted as an exceptional sponsor H.R.H. Prince Emanuele Filiberto who awarded prizes to the winners.
The many races that took place during the two days allowed the organisers to make a substantial donation to the charity. The large number of athletes that took part in the event were divided into categories ranging from “Super Baby”, “Baby”, “Cuccioli” , “Ragazzi”, “Allievi”, “Giovani” “Master”, “allenatori” and “maestri”.
