On August 15, 2026, the feast day of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the III Paella of Savoy, the gastronomic and convivial meeting of the Hispanic Knights and Ladies of the Dynastic Orders of the House of Savoy (ODDCS), took place in Matadepera, in the Vallès Occidental (Barcelona).

After the first two editions, hosted by the Parcerisa-Gámiz family in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, this year the event was welcomed by Commander Mauriziano, Dr. Íñigo de Felipe, at his residence in Matadepera.

The fourteen participants, all members of the Spanish Delegation of the Dynastic Orders of the House of Savoy, gathered for a day of friendship and conviviality, spent between the pool, conversations, and the gastronomic specialties prepared by the participants.

The surprise of the day came at the end of lunch, with a refined concerto for two grand pianos, performed by Masters Marco Mezquida and Íñigo de Felipe, which offered guests a particularly valuable musical moment.

In addition to the Delegate and the Knights and Ladies of the Delegation, there were some sympathizers and future aspirants to the Dynastic Orders, testifying to the open and aggregative nature of the initiative.

The Paella of Savoy thus confirms itself as an event that has now entered the tradition of the Spanish Delegation, capable of combining friendship, culture, gastronomy and a spirit of belonging to the Dynastic Orders of the House of Savoy.
